Ok place. Staff is friendly food is good but location sucks

White Castle's is good but the line just too long real slow
Went there early in the morning. Placed an order but changed 2 items before driving to the public up window. The person I was with thanked them and there was no response back! When we got our food we ask for some condiments which they gave and they we thanked again. Still no reply back! White Castle needs to train their overnight staff in how to provide basic customer service! Next, the food was hot and the wait was not long. However, when you taste the food you also taste the oil that they cook with. The cooking oil that White Castle uses takes away from the flavor or taste of the food! Lastly, for the price, White Castle food costs too much for what you are paying! Better off cooking you own food at home even if it is early in the morning rather than coming to this White Castle. They are not doing customers a favor for being here.
Tho the food is great as white castle usually is its a tough spot on south orange ave. I give the manager credit its a tough job but the staff could be a tad nicer. But its in tough neighborhood so i do understand buzzing in the bathrooms may be necessary but my wife had to buzz 3 times to use the restroom for paying customers thats nonsense! Not the best exp today.
