Never follow up with issues when they say they would.
Packages don't get delivered when I scheduled a redelivery.
By far the worst P.O I ever been to. I dread having packages delivered by them I try to avoid it every way possible. This office will literally stress you out if you have to call or go there. The morning supervisor is so rude and nasty its disgusting. Why answer the phone if you always have an attitude. The whole office needs a fresh start. Need better employees that know what customer service is. All these negative reviews and no changes its sad.
It's the Holiday Season and they move too slow to t and customers..in the pickup line for 25 minutes. Ridiculous!!
Worst place of business ever!!!! Very very rude, I called this morning to ask a question about my mail and I was hung up on three times. I tried to get the person's name and she wouldn't give me her name. I called back And spoke with another supervisor who gave me her first name but wouldn’t give me the last name. Bottom line this is the worst office I’ve ever dealt with. Are used to work at the post office, I worked at many offices and I’ve never seen this level of unprofessionalism and my two years of working at the post office, I don’t know if it’s because the office is that work that were wrapped by white people and it was a more pleasant experience as far as the customers go but I have a feeling that it’s because these are black females who are in a position of Power and feel like they can just talk anyway they want. Try to avoid this place as best you can.
I signed the slip they left on my front door and left it at the front door. I get home, slip is gone, no package.
Unfortunately, the majority of the staff are rude and unprofessional. It is also nearly impossible to reach a solution if the error is on the part of the driver. I am waiting here now, 12/1/17 at 2:30, after requesting to make a complaint due to a driver leaving the pink slip without a tracking number and after coming here during work twice to finally be told my package must have been sent back in less than a week... I’ve had numerous issues with this post office, to where I wish I could get my packages from the other post office in EOrange where the staff are friendly and competent...
Sad to say, but this place has lived up to the expectations of poorly run government entities.

I called the location at 3:40pm, was put on hold until 4:00pm.
