This is no exaggeration, I ordered here 5 times and every single time they messed my order up. Customer service is horrible, they question you 100 times before they own up to the mistake. On the 5th time, I'm no longer a Dominos fan. Never will I order from Dominos again. Thanks.
THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST DOMINO'S
Been ordering with them every single month on the first ( you know what it is.) And have rarely ever had to call back more than once. Orders come within 30 to 40 minutes though it is at 1am. Because I'm respectful to them, I always get respect back. I can't speak for the staff or their hygiene, but the new building is clean and if you're ordering fast food, last thing I want to hear someone complain about is a strand of hair in their food like you just didn't clog your arteries with a week's worth of nonsense.
I love some domino's pizza when I don't feel like making my home cook pizza. I'm on the phone or online ordering pizza. The pizza usually comes hot and fresh they have other food you can order besides pizza such as salads and deserts drinks pasta and other.
Dominos pizza on main st in east Orange has the worst customer service. I ordered from them. And was giving an email to track my order. When I tracked it, it stated that my pizza had already been delivered so I gave it some time and 20 mins later still no pizza. So I call the store and begin to tell them my issue. The lady kept cutting me off and then said are u done so I can talk now. I told her I was trying to tell her what the issue is she then said “I know what the issue is it’s raining and we are busy” I told her that’s not the problem the problem is them saying my food has been delivered just so they make that time limit they give u when u order and then they show up with cold food. I then asked for a manager and was told “ well I am the manager” I told her that her customer service was not good and I was going to make a complaint. She started to spell out her name which was corell and kept telling me to stop talking so she could get a word in. When I got angry and told her again that the customer service was terrible she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Absolutely horrible
