I bought some terrific merchandise from this store. And, yes, customer service is excellent. It is my hope that they begin to stock up more on more product. I had a problem finding fairly common items there.

It's convenient compared to Ubering to Home Depot. Needed bolts & screws to mount my bike to wall. They had 2 sets of Toggle bolts, needed 3 sets. Made do with what they had in other sizes.
Outstanding service! ... I was in need of a piece of plywood sized 33x33. I needed this piece right away and called Prad's Hardware, spoke to John who informed me that he would have the plywood ready by the time I reached the store. I was truly impressed with how quickly he was able to provide the plywood I needed and cut it to the exact measurements requested in such a short time.
