My mom ordered a bed through Home Decor over a month ago. The bed was assembled incorrectly. My mom noticed right after they left and mentioned it to the handymen. She was told that the missing piece we discovered would not make a big difference. My sister then slept on the bed that night and of course the bed cracked. We called Muhammad who has only offered to replace the part that was missing, which does not address the crack in the bed. We now have a broken bed that can't be used and no offer for a discount or new one.
