My experience with Enterprise on Central Ave in East Orange, NJ has been a very good one, I've been dealing with them for about 4 or 5 years now and have been very satisfied. The staff has been very courteous and professional. My only disappointment is they don't participate in any of the specials that some of the other locations participate in.
I would never go to Enterprise in (E.O.) in LIFE!!
When I was ready to pick up my rental, a very well mannered young man came to pick me up from my house. The original care I picked up didn't feel quite right when I took it off the lot. I circled the block and returnee with the car. They didn't have anything in the same class so I ended up with an upgrade. This vehicle didn't give me any problems.
Thanks to my insurance company and Enterprise Car Renal for making this experience stress free. Dealing with the fact that my car had been stolen was enough.
Excellent ! Christi and Mr.O helped us. They were professional but not stiff. They were forth coming with all the info we needed to make decisions. We even got to inspect the vehicle ourselves and made changes accordingly. Great service! Excellent staff!
Horrible experience, made a reservation upon arriving I was greeted by an associate with a bad attitude and very poor customer service skills, I told them I was there to pick up a rental and I have a reservation, associate reply was "WELL WE DON'T HAVE NO CARS NOW"
My experience at the East Orange NJ location was an excellent one. I could not really believe the great treatment and explanation i received about renting the vehicle. I would recommend this location and i would definitely go back if needs be. Lovely and respectful staff.
Once my car was recovered and the repairs were complete I was able to return the car to an Enterprise in Hillside which was closer to the body shop, where another nice, well mannered young man dropped me off.
SO I asked well when will you have a car available? (SHE SHRUGS HER SHOULDER)
My vehicle was stolen so my insurance company put me into a rental. Although, I live in Orange, NJ close to the East Orange location I always chose to rent cars from locations much further away. My insurance company secured the rental at this location so I didn't question it.
