The worst bank ever they seriously need new management and several classes in customer service. The branch manager Shawn horrible and the entire staff unprofessional
This is not my bank..and I would not recommend it to anyone that I know. I only come to deposit money for a friend and each time I come there's always a long line. The line sometimes consists 25 people or more and there was only 2 tellers available. This bank needs to be closed down. The people who works here at like they don't care especially for seniors waiting who has canes or wheel chairs.
Although the lines are long I am always greeted by the manager or someone when I walk in. They all know me by name. I don't mind the wait as there's usually someone out front engaging with customers in the line to make the wait shorter. The manager Newton is very professional, nice and helpful he's awesome!
This branch should consider hiring more tellers on there busy days to accomadate their customers.

Nice clean new modern facility! That's where I do all my banking. I usually don't go to the tellers but the few times I have they seemed nice and professional.
